Growing in loving relationship with God is a journey of faith - a journey that sheds ever clearer light on the joy and renewed enthusiasm of one’s encounter with Christ.
Our Pope Benedict XVI proclaimed this year as a Year of Faith, ushering us into a life of communion with God. He declared that this year”will be a moment of grace and commitment to a more complete conversion to God, to strengthen our faith in Him and proclaim Him with joy to the people of our time"
Vatican II declares that the Virgin Mary throughout her pilgrimage of faith, “faithfully persevered in her union with her Son unto the cross, where she stood, in keeping with the divine plan associated herself with his sacrifice in her mother’s heart, and lovingly consented to the immolation of the victim which was born of her” (LG no. 58)
Enveloped by God’s love, Mother Ignacia had also journeyed in deep faith and was committed to “remain in the service of the Divine Majesty. Her intimacy with Christ was the foundation of her life. All her life was a life lived in God’s presence in love and in faith. Her actions were motivated by the love of Jesus Christ.
In this Rosary Hour we ask for the grace of Faith and Love as lived out by our revered Foundress. We ask for faith that can bring us towards authentic and renewed conversion to the Lord, the one Savior of the world. We ask for the grace to recognize that in the fullness of the Love of God, He saves and calls us to conversion of life through the mystery of His death and resurrection. Thus, be signs of hope that look into the future with the certainty that comes from the Lord Jesus who has conquered death and gave us eternal life.
