You may wish to send some (at most five) of your Sisters who wish to avail of this retreat. The retreat consists of an input on the sub-theme at the start of the day, followed by private individual contemplation by the retreatants, with an individual conference with a seasoned retreat director, once a day. The only common activities would be the daily Eucharistic celebration and an hour of silent adoration before bedtime. There will be much time for private prayer throughout the day. Complete silence will be observed.

It will be an Ignatian retreat with the theme:

“Seized by Love for the Life of the World”
