School Year 1996 – 1997

The present Administration continuously aims to enhance “Quality Christian Education”. It is stressed that if we want to achieve this, cooperative effort of all the academic and non-academic personnel is a must.  And this can only be done when everyone concerned in the school is deeply committed to the goal of excellence.

On the above limelight, the administration and faculty strive to make our Education approaches fresh and creative.  In this view – students’ originality may flourish; for deeper awareness and understanding of our Vision, Mission, Goal and Objectives of the school and the Philosophy of the RVM Education.  These are periodically assessed for enhancing the quality of our instructions; hence, on these 8 areas of concern:

           1.   Administration            5.  Laboratory
            2.   Faculty                     6.  Physical Plant
            3.   Instruction                7.  Students
            4.   Library                     8.  School / Community Extension Services

Participatory Shared Responsibilities

The need for teachers to participate on the ongoing improvements on the above areas is vital; also, included are the coordinators, staff personnel non-teaching personnel, some experts and resource persons and students.  These are good sources of information about modest funding and contact of linkages – which will contribute to the success of the school program in particular and the realization of our Vision and Mission in general.
