VALEDICTORIANS
To be granted a full-tuition privilege if from a class of atleast 80 students. Valedictorians from a class below 80 but not less than 40, may be granted three-fourth tuition privilege.
SALUTATORIANS
To be granted three-fourth tuition privilege if from a class of at least 80 student. Salutatorians from a class below 80 students. Salutatorians from a class below 80 but not less than 30, may be granted a half tuition privilege.
Privileges for honor students are given for TWO SEMESTERS ONLY provided that the grantee obtains a general average of 1.5 or better during the first semester and does not shift to another course.
Applicants must present a letter from their school principal certifying their rank in the honor roll indicating the number of students in their class, must not enjoy any other scholarship or privilege, and carry the normal load of their curriculum.
For the continuance of the privilege, applicants are governed by the policies for Honor Students with one or more Years of Residence.
HONOR STUDENTS WITH ONE OR MORE YEARS OF RESIDENCE
A full tuition privilege will be granted to the first ranking student (general weighted average of 1.2 in any subject for the preceding semester) among at least 30 students in the same curriculum year.
A half tuition privilege will be granted to the second ranking student (general weighted average of 1.3 or above and with no grade lower than 1.5 in any subject for the preceding semester) among at least 80 students in the same curriculum year.
In order to qualify for the above-cited privileges, it is further required that the student must be in need of financial help, must be enjoying no other scholarship or privilege, must not be engaged in any gainful occupation, must carry the normal load of his curriculum and must not be guilty of misconduct and/or other disciplinary matters.
Should a student qualify for more than one academic or free adjustment privilege, he must choose which one to take.
