  • To create within the campus a discerning dynamic Christian community where students are afforded the opportunity to form right judgment, to grow in their faith and prayer-life and to give authentic witnessing to the Gospel values.
  • To bring out that Christian presence to the larger community, foster a deeper sense of brotherhood and help improve the quality of life especially the life of the underprivileged.
  • To develop professional creativity and competence, deeper social awareness and involvement and a keen sense of Filipino culture for the needed leadership in the development of our country.

Objectives of the Pre-School Department

The Kindergarten Department shall have the following objectives.

  • Present models for imitation that will make him/her see God as a Father and all people and things around him/her as gifts.
  • Employ learning experiences that will allow him/her to think and do things independently within the limits of his/her maturity.
  • Provide opportunities that will inspire him/her to practice desirable social behavior in his/her relation with other children as well as adults.
  • Use experiential approaches which will help him/her manifest psychomotor coordination for effective performance befitting his/her age.
  • Provide learning opportunities that will allow him/her to manifest reading readiness in English and Filipino.
  • Give opportunities for learning that will enable him/her to add and subtract two digit numbers.


Objectives of the Grade School Department

The Grade School Department shall have the following objectives:

  • Use experimental approaches which will enable the child to acknowledge God as the Father and Creator, Jesus as Brother and Redeemer, Blessed Virgin Mary as Mother and persons as brothers and sisters in the Holy Spirit.
  • Present models for imitation on the virtues and ideals of Mother Ignacia del Espiritu Santo in living the Christian way of life.
  • Provide the basic knowledge and develop the foundation skills, attitudes and values, including moral and spiritual dimensions essential to the child's personal development.
  • Promote and intensify the child's knowledge of identification with, and love for the nation and the people to which he/she belongs.
  • Prepare the child for secondary education and promote work experiences which develop and enhance the child's orientation to the world of work and creativity in order to prepare him/her to engage in honest and gainful work.


Objectives of the High School Department

At the completion of the four-year Secondary Course, the students may:


  • Witness in their daily life a dynamic love of God, a sense of personal worth, and respect for others to enable them to relate harmoniously and effectively with their family, school, Church and the country as a whole.
  • Manifest intellectual curiosity and develop interest and aptitudes, abilities and potentials to choose a career wisely.
  • Demonstrate academic excellence, skills, habits and desirable values necessary to succeed in college, and to meet the demands of progress around them.
  • Demonstrate responsible citizenship and genuine pride in their cultural heritage as Filipinos who are conscious of the world situation in general and of the Philippines, in particular.
  • Show refinement in bearing, language and manner befitting a young lady and gentleman.


Objectives of the College Department

  • To provide a solid foundation of the Gospel values for a truly Christian life characterized by a discerning attitude, living faith in God and a generous response to the needs of his fellowmen especially the marginalized and the oppressed.
  • To broaden the frontiers of knowledge and skills through research work.
  • To develop and maintain the integrity and nobility of character in the exercise of their profession.
  • To exercise creative, responsible and humane leadership in their family, community and in the Philippine society.
