  1. See the Guidance Counselor for interview, testing and/or signing of academic/behavioral contract and secure Registration Form to be filled up.

  1. Present academic/behavioral contract to the Prefect of Discipline for signature.

  1. Present accomplished Registration Form and all requirements to the Principal for Verification and cancellation.

  1. Pay at the Cashier's office.

  1. Proceed to the Audio Visual Room (AVR) for ID picture taking.

  1. Submit accomplished Registration Form and all requirements to the Registrar and secure Admission slip. ( Note: Present this admission slip to the adviser on the 1st day of classes).

  1. Proceed to the Bookstore for textbooks.
