St. Mary's College of Catbalogan believes in the value of student activities in the educational process. Thus, student is exposed to a variety of student directed activities to enhance academic learning and to develop himself/herself though ineraction with other students, faculty and administration. At the same time, students who participate in these activties are expected to maintain good academic standing.

Organization is a means of enabling people tp walk together for a common end and at the means of coordinating all efforts toward the common goals must be provided in order to make the organization efficient.

Each Organization must have a constitution and by laws approved by the Dean of Student Affairs and should have objectives that are in conformity with the Vision-Mission of the institution.

Every club must have an adviser recommended by the Dean of Student Affairs and approved by the Dean of College/Directress.

Student organizations and clubs offer opportunities for the development of individual talents, capacity for leadership, a sense of individual and social responsibility and a spirit of cooperation and generosity. These should sponsor one major activity during the year that would benefit the students and the wider community.

It seeks to be a direct implmentation and expression of the acaademic vision of the school for the development of the Christian values.

It seeks to facilitiate the development of the following values, skills and attitudes among the students:
